Do you accept insurance?
We are out-of-network with all insurance companies. Remaining private pay allows us more flexibility in where, when, and how we can support your child. We believe that each child's plan of care is best determined in collaboration with parents and clinicians, NOT by insurance companies! We understand that paying for services out of pocket is a huge investment for many families and we strive to support you in any way we can.
How can I pay for therapy?

Grant Funding
We have successfully secured grant funding for 92% of families who apply. In total, we supported families in receiving $42,000 in grant funds in 2025! Our grant coordinator walks families through the grant application process, and we truly do strive to find a way for every family to be seen. Out-Of-Network Reimbursement
We provide a superbill (a medical receipt) monthly that you can submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement for out-of-network services. We are integrated with Thrizer if you would like to utilize their services to save on the upfront cost of therapy.

HSA/FSA
Many families are able to use their flex spending account (FSA) or health savings account (HSA) to cover the cost of therapy services.

Homeschool/
Private School Stipends
Several counties provide stipends for students who are private-schooled or homeschooled.

Network Deficiency Agreements
If you are seeking one of our specialty services or if our services are not provided by another provider in-network with you, our Insurance Advocate, Sarah, will work with your insurance company to create a network deficiency agreement which, allows us to be reimbursed at in-network rates, lessening the out-of-pocket cost for you.
