FINANCIAL INFORMATION

DO YOU ACCEPT INSURANCE?

We are out-of-network with all insurance companies. Remaining private pay allows us more flexibility in where, when, and how we can support your child. We believe that each child's plan of care is best determined in collaboration with parents and clinicians, NOT by insurance companies!

HOW CAN I PAY FOR SPEECH THERAPY?

We understand paying for services out of pocket is a huge investment for many families and we strive to support you in any way we can.

See below for a list of grants provided to children in need of speech therapy services. MANY families have success receiving funding from these grants. Please reach out to alexis@rivannatherapyservices.com for assistance applying for these grants.

We provide a superbill (a fancy way to say a medical receipt) monthly that you can submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement for out of network services.

Many families are able to use their flex spending account (FSA) or health savings account (HSA) to cover the cost of speech services.

If your child is homeschooled, they may be eligible for a waiver to pay for private speech and language services.

WHAT ARE YOUR RATES?

Cost of speech services are as follows:

Individual therapy sessions: $125/hour (prorated for shorter sessions)

Group therapy sessions: $75/hour (prorated for shorter sessions)
Evaluations: $300 (flat rate)

Playgroups: Free!
